The death has taken place at his home of John Columba McGowan, 10 Carrontlieve, Fahan. Beloved husband of Margaret and much loved father of Clare, Eimear, Maggie, John James and Orla. Deeply regretted by his wife, daughters, son, grandchildren, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
His remains will be reposing at his home from 6.00pm this evening Thursday 1st November. Funeral on Saturday morning 3rd November leaving his home at 10.15am going to St Mura’s Church, Fahan for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 9.00pm to 11.00am. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, in lieu of flowers to the Donegal Hospice c/o any family member or Shaun Murphy Funeral Director.
