The death has taken place at Nazareth House, Fahan, Co. Donegal of the Very Reverend Malachy McBride, member of the Salvatorian Society Divine Saviour Order, ‘Naomh Mhuire’, Upper Slavery, Buncrana. Sadly missed by his loving sister Betty, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, his extended family and friends. Also by the Bishop of Derry, The Most Reverend Donal McKeown, fellow priests, religious, parishioners and those whom he served with love and dedication.

Removal from Murphy’s Funeral Home, Monday, 21st November at 12 noon to his home in Upper Slavery to repose from 1.00pm. Removal from there on Wednesday 23rd November at 11.30am to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill for reception prayers at 12 noon. Fr. Malachy’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 25th November at 12 noon followed by interment in the priests’ plot in the adjoining cemetery.

Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Salvatorian Missions c/o any family member or Murphy Funeral Directors.
